On behalf of the “Russian Highways” State Company, I am pleased to welcome you to this landmark event – the BRICS Motor Rally along the high-speed roads
of Russia, on the Yekaterinburg-Moscow route.
The “Russian Highways” State Company is a leading institute for the development of high-speed motorways in Russia. To date, the company manages over 5,000 kilometers of roads, forming the backbone of the road section of international transport corridors.
This Motor Rally is not only a demonstration of modern road infrastructure solutions, but also an important step in strengthening international cooperation between the BRICS countries. In 2025, we are completing the construction of a key section of the M-12 “Vostok” highway to Yekaterinburg, which opens up new opportunities for transcontinental transportation and auto tourism.
Our goal is to show that Russia is building and actively developing a network
of modern, safe, and technologically advanced roads, contributing to the development of business, logistics, and tourism. Within the framework of the Motor Rally, participants will be able to see the scale of infrastructure projects, get acquainted with the economic, cultural, and investment potential of major regions of our country – the Sverdlovsk Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Nizhny Novgorod and Vladimir Regions, as well as the capital of our country – the city
of Moscow.
I thank the National Association of Infrastructure Companies, the BRICS Business Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce
and Industry of Russia, and all partners for their support of this project.
It is worth noting that we also pay great attention to working with the young, growing generation, which is why foreign students studying at Russian universities and planning to connect their future professional activities with our country
are invited to participate in our rally.
Special thanks to representatives of construction, logistics, oil and gas, and other organizations from the BRICS countries, which include over 30 companies from 15 countries, who are participating in our project and coming to Russia from abroad.
I am confident that this event will become an important platform for new business contacts, exchange of experience, and joint initiatives. I wish all participants fruitful work, vivid impressions, and a successful finish in Moscow!

3A is Russia's first chain of comfortable travelling hotels.

Since the middle of 2023, 11 hotels have been opened and are successfully operating, located on key transport routes and the country and near tourist clusters.

The main idea of the 3A chain - Holidays start on the road!

In each hotel we strive to create a point of comfort for everyone on the road: quality rest, delicious food and 24/7 service - without compromise.

In our hotels every detail for a comfortable holiday has been thought through: from the design
of the hotel and rooms, to the 24/7 reception and cafe, to the possibility to use a computer and printer. Family values are very important to us, so we offer free accommodation for young guests (up to 5 years old inclusive) in one room with parents on a separate bed. Also, the hotel provides rooms for less mobile citizens.

We know that your four-legged friends are members of your family, that's why all hotels of the chain
‘3A’ welcome furry four-legged guests. The main task of the 3A hotel chain is to positively influence
the popularisation of both domestic tourism in general and motor tourism in particular, to reduce accidents on the roads, offering comfortable quality rest on the road.

The BRICS motor rally aims to showcase our country's achievements

In the USSR, car rallies were popular and served as a propaganda event during the early period
of industrialization and the construction of automobile factories. At that time, it was a demonstration of foreign and domestic-made cars traveling along a specific, relatively long route, with stops in various settlements for propaganda rallies.

The participants of car rallies convinced the public about the technical capabilities of vehicles, provided rides for the public, and promoted the mass membership in the voluntary organization "Avtodor." The leader of the motor rally, who traveled in the lead car, was called the commander.

The first rally took place in 1923 and had an agitational significance for attracting foreign companies.

The BRICS Road Rally on the high-speed roads of the State Company Avtodor on the route from Yekaterinburg to Moscow, which will take place from August 9 to 15, is aimed at strengthening practical cooperation between the BRICS countries, as well as demonstrating the achievements of our country's infrastructure, industrial, and commercial potential.
