On behalf of the State Company “Avtodor,” I am pleased to welcome you to this landmark event – the BRICS Road Rally along the high-speed route from Yekaterinburg to Moscow.
The State Company “Russian Highways” is the largest client in the design, construction, and toll-based operation of high-speed highways. Our main area of activity is the development of a high-speed road network and the implementation of targeted national projects in the industry.
In July 2025, we completed the construction of the M-12 “Vostok” section to Yekaterinburg, opening new opportunities for economic development.
Our goal is to demonstrate that Russia is actively developing a network of modern, safe roads equipped with intelligent transport systems. This greatly contributes to the growth of business, logistics, and tourism.
As part of the Road Rally, participants will be able to witness large-scale infrastructure solutions and explore the economic, cultural, and investment potential of major regions of Russia.
I would like to thank the National Association of Infrastructure Companies, the BRICS Business Council, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, and all partners for supporting this project.
It is worth noting that we also place great emphasis on working with the younger generation. Students from Russian and foreign universities who plan to connect their future professional activities with Russia have been invited to take part in the rally.
Special thanks go to the representatives of construction, logistics, oil and gas, and other organizations from BRICS countries – more than 30 companies from 15 countries – who have decided to join this project.

About the project:
The BRICS Road Rally is the first international road rally on the high-speed roads of the “Russian Highways” State Company with the participation of the BRICS business community
The purpose of the event is to strengthen practical cooperation between BRICS countries and to demonstrate the achievements of infrastructure, and the industrial and trade potential of our country. The routes will run through the Sverdlovsk, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Nizhny Novgorod, and Vladimir regions.
As part of the Road Rally, representatives of construction, logistics, and financial organizations from participating and invited BRICS countries will familiarize themselves with our country’s road infrastructure and the culture of 8 regions along the Yekaterinburg – Moscow route. Official meetings and events will be held with the participation of regional authorities and event partners.
